We've Got You Covered

The Carriage Hall has onsite parking available for wedding guests. The venue is located on Station Road, Plumtree — plenty of space for cars. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and settle in.

Black tie optional. Think floor-length gowns and dark suits or tuxedos. Our colour palette is warm and earthy — please avoid white, ivory, and cream out of courtesy to the bride.

If your invitation reads "and guest" or names your partner specifically, you're warmly welcome to bring them. Due to venue capacity we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond what's noted on the invitation.

We love your little ones, but Nikki and Roger have chosen to make this an adult-only evening (18+) so everyone can relax and celebrate freely. We hope you can arrange childcare for the night.

Both venues are fully wheelchair accessible with step-free entrances, accessible bathrooms, and reserved seating areas. Please let us know in your RSVP if you require any specific arrangements.

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony — please keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture every moment. Photos are very welcome at the reception!

Please arrive at 1:00 PM so you can find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 1:30 PM. For the evening reception, doors open at 7:25 PM.
