We've Got You Covered

The Carriage Hall has onsite parking available for wedding guests. The venue is located on Station Road, Plumtree — plenty of space for cars. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and settle in.

Black tie optional. Please avoid white, ivory and cream out of courtesy to the bride.

If your invitation reads "and guest" or names your partner specifically, you're warmly welcome to bring them. Due to venue capacity we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond what's noted on the invitation.

We love your little ones, but Nikki and Roger have chosen to make this an adult-only evening (18+) so everyone can relax and celebrate freely. We hope you can arrange childcare for the night.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free entrances, accessible bathrooms, and reserved seating areas. Please let us know in your RSVP if you require any specific arrangements.

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony — please keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture every moment. Photos are very welcome at the reception!

Please arrive at 1:00 PM so you can find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 1:30 PM. For the evening reception, doors open at 7:25 PM.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and celebrating this special day with you means the world to us.

If you would like to give us a wedding gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution towards a very special piece of artwork that we hope will become a lifelong reminder of our wedding day.

The picture, "Perseverance" by Gary James McQueen (nephew of the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen), tells a story of resilience, hope and overcoming life's challenges. Its meaning resonates deeply with us and reflects our own journey—finding each other all those years ago and, after 31 years together, finally saying "I do."

Like the artwork itself, our story has been shaped by perseverance, love and the belief that some souls are simply meant to find one another.

One of the most magical features of the piece is that it subtly changes colour depending on the angle from which it is viewed—a beautiful reminder that life, love and perspective are always evolving.

We can't wait to welcome you into our home one day to see it in person and remember that you helped make it part of our story.
